Honor Roll students and parents, if you received all As or all As and Bs for 2nd quarter, you will be receiving a certificate and reward in recognition of your academic achievement. The certificate and award will be presented to you during your LEAD class this week. Please be on the look out. If you have any questions pertaining to the recognition or your child's grades, please contact your child's counselor at 919-881-1370. Our Garden Club is asking for a helping hand. Last year was a great success in the creation of Carroll's school garden. We were able to donate 100+ lbs of produce to the local food banks. This year we would like to expand by adding a fruit orchard in our other empty courtyard. Therefore we would love for any of our families willing and able to sponsor the buying of a fruit tree to please let us know. In honor of your donation, a plaque will be created with your family name and will reside with the tree for its life. Mature trees, ready for planting average in cost of $25.00. If this interests your please contact Mr. St.Clair. Cougar families. Please do not forget that this Wed., Feb. 25th is our Cougar Character Counts breakfast. If your child is being recognized you will have received an invitation approx. 2 weeks ago in the mail. Your child received a reminder flyer today. That's all for now! Goooooo Cougars!

If you still have not received your tablet, please make sure that you contact our front office for an appointment. As we begin our second semester in school, some students are having to adjust to a change in schedule due to elective choices and the balancing of numbers in classes. Please be patient as we work to make sure that your child has the best educational experience possible. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to your child's new schedule, please do not hesitate to contact their counselor for assistance. Carroll families, we have worked very hard on our arrival and dismissal procedures in order to have our students arrive and leave campus in a safe and orderly manner. Please remember that only bus riders are allowed to leave through the doors facing Six Forks. If you are a car-pool rider, you must exit out of your designated side door.
